60-Night Comfort Guarantee

We are so confident in the comfort and quality of our products that we offer a 60-Night Comfort Guarantee on selected Hotham & Hearth bedding.
Sleep on it. Live with it. Put it through the coldest nights of the year. If after 60 nights you are not genuinely satisfied with the warmth and comfort of your product, contact us and we will make it right — no lengthy back-and-forth, no unnecessary complications.
We ask that you sleep on your product for a minimum of 30 nights before making a claim. This is because your body takes time to adjust to new bedding, and we want to give the product a fair chance to deliver the experience it was designed for.

To make a claim: Email us at with your order number and a brief description of your experience. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
The 60-Night Comfort Guarantee applies to selected products as specified on the individual product page. It does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
