At Hotham & Hearth, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.


Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

Please note: During peak periods such as winter season launches, sales events, and public holidays, processing times may extend slightly. We will always communicate any delays promptly.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. While the vast majority of orders arrive within this window, occasional delays may occur due to carrier volumes or circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders over AUD $200, across both Australia and New Zealand.
For orders below $200, two tracked shipping options are available at checkout:

Signature Delivery - Insured & Tracked is available for $9.99 and covers your order against loss or damage in transit. For higher-value orders, we strongly recommend this option for added peace of mind. Orders over $200 receive Insured Shipping at no additional cost.
Standard Delivery - Tracked available for $5.99 and includes full tracking from dispatch to delivery. Free on orders over $200.

Both options deliver within 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. All applicable shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.



Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly through the carrier's tracking portal.
If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@hothamandhearth.com and we will investigate immediately.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Hotham & Hearth is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@hothamandhearth.com - we will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact our support team at hello@hothamandhearth.com with your order number and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
